This message contains details of system-initiated subscription controls

It shows those subscriptions that have been either suspended or deleted
(depending on the list's configuration) since the last report was
generated.

Suspended accounts can be re-enabled either using Mercury's list
management web interface, or with the mail server MSET MAIL command.
