Known problems:
- Apache IPv6 is not working with Windows 2000. Additionally, if you have installed the Microsoft IPv6 Technology Preview
in W2K, you must copy "libapr-1.dll-noipv6" to "libapr-1.dll"
- If you want use Mercury, you must install XAMPP in a short path which follows the old DOS 8.3 naming conventions.

- If you want use the Perl cpan/cpanp shell, the path to XAMPP must not contain a space.
