INSTALLATION
******************

1) Create a database, or use an already existing
2) Open the config.php file and change the connection data, the website name and the language
   You can also set a password to protect the statistic page. The default password is 'password'
3) upload the folder to your website (be sure the name is 'phpcountersmart')
4) Start the install.php (thnx to G I N T A R A S for this file .-)

5) !!!!!!!!!!!!! DELETE the install.php !!!!!!!!!!!!!
